The Territorial Office in accordance with the “Provisional Order” conducts a systematic study of the received appeals in connection with the late sale of local flour and the food products do not reach the population living in this territory in some mahallas in the region, the problems of citizens are eliminated.
In particular, a citizen living in the Chanai mahalla of Khiva district complained that within three months he could not receive ten products delivered by telephone to the territorial administration's helpline to the neighbouring village where he lives.
In the course of the study carried out on the appeal of the citizen, it was noted that when the territory of the mahalla flour products are not allowed to supply flour products to the population without the formation of a list.
As a result of the measures taken to ensure the uninterrupted provision of flour products and systemic work in this direction, the territorial administration officers together with the responsible have eliminated the problems with the distribution of flour products in the mahalla and the appeal of the citizen has been satisfied.
For information, in accordance with the statement of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 16, 2020, given the current situation in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, it is necessary to ensure food security and price stability in the domestic market, in particular, in order to systematically and guarantee the supply of flour to all consumers of the republic established a "temporary order" on the systemic supply of flour and flour products to consumers of all levels of the Republic without conducting exchange trades directly under the contracts until a separate task is determined.
According to the protocol, taking into account the guaranteed supply of flour, bread and pasta to the Hakims districts and cities tasked with full coverage of all settlements in their regions, to form a list of buyers on the basis of direct contracts with grain enterprises, to determine the amount of flour allocated, to represent in the regional hokimiya. And the regional hokimiyat is responsible for organizing the purchase of a certain amount of flour from the attached bread mills, as well as the absorption of purchased flour products and control over their targeted use.
According to the protocol, Uzdonmahsulot grain processing plants will provide on the basis of direct contracts to sell flour products of local production of the 1st grade for 2,485 sums per 1 kg. to all categories of consumers.
