HOW TO DEAL WITH CASES
Dear users!
Applications from citizens are subject to consideration within a period of not more than fifteen days from the date of registration.
The media's request for information on the activities of the Antitrust Committee, as well as the organization of interviews of officials is considered within a period of not more than seven days.
If the consideration of the appeal does not fall within the authority of the Antitrust Committee, the request within three working days from the date of registration is sent to the body, whose authority is assigned to the provision of requested information, as notified by the user.
When an appeal is received, which relates to the news of the published (published) in official publications, media, or information posted on official websites, it is necessary to provide a url link with the name, date of release and number of the official publication, the media, which published (published) the information of interest.
If, upon the request received, the Antitrust Committee does not have information about the powers of other state authorities and administration, within three working days, from the date of registration of the appeal, the user is sent the appropriate response.
If the appeal is refused, a reasoned response is sent to the user.
